The Hatha Yoga 100 Hour Training course is open to all levels of yogis, including complete beginners. Regardless of the level of your practice, the course will teach you the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga and help you to develop a strong foundation upon which to build your teaching and practice.
This course is also a great option for those who wish to complete the 200-hour training course, but do not have the time or feel prepared to complete the entire 200-hour training course in one session. Students have the option to return for another 100 hours whenever is convenient for them to complete the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. Please note that upon completing the 100-hour program you will receive a certificate indicating the completion of the 100 hour Yoga training course. 100 hours of Yoga training does not qualify you to teach.
However, if you are using the 100 hours course to further your training studies, the additional 100 hours can be added to your preexisting teaching certificate. The Hatha Yoga 100 Hour Training course generally runs throughout the year. Please refer to our schedule page for more up to date and detailed information.
The Hatha Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Course will enliven your body and enlighten your mind and spirit with the knowledge and experience of yoga. This course is open to all levels of practicing Yogis. The Hatha Yoga 200 Hour course generally runs once a month throughout the year.
