The 300 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training is presented with a progressive approach to yoga and is taught primarily in English, followed by Sanskrit and Hindi languages as well. The first 200 hours of this course will focus on the advanced study of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. For the remaining 100 hours of the course, students will have an option to continue with their Primary Series practice or to begin preparation for the Intermediate Series. The last two weeks of the course will be a taster introduction to the dynamic Intermediate Series. Though the student will be given the option, it is ultimately at the discretion of the teacher whether the student is ready to begin Intermediate Series or should continue to work on Primary Series. It is important that the body be prepared for advanced asana in order to gain the benefits of the practice.
Our 300 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training course Primary series is open to practicing yogis who have already completed 200 hour YTT from a school registered with Yoga Alliance USA in Ashtanga or any other method. The applicants must have basic familiarity with Ashtanga yoga primary series and must be willing to challenge her / his body physically.
